Since our formation we have adapted with the changes in the Construction and Property markets we are now able to offer Clients a flexible Construction Consultancy service tailored to their individual needs from our offices in the Midlands and the South Coast.

Project Management
At PBA Consultants we focus on providing Project Management services to our Clients. We have the experience to manage and deliver your Project from initial Vision to Client Handover offering innovative solutions for all our Clients in the Property and Construction sectors on projects ranging from minor works projects to new build developments.
Our service focuses on offering a professional service exploring each Clients individual requirements and defining their project needs and working with the Project Team to manage the delivery of these needs within their project. We offer a complete Constructon Management and Project Management service from project feasibility and design conception, through planning and building regulations approval through construction and an individual after care service. We provide individual flexible construction services that are tailored to each individual Clients needs.

Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution
At Claremont Partnerships we specialise in Construction Contracts and are experienced in the use of JCT, NEC and bespoke Forms of Construction Contracts and understand that disputes can offer occur in Construction Contracts mainly due to ambiguity in the Contract or misunderstanding or an unclear definition of risk.
At Claremont Partnerships our services include the submission or review and defence of Contractual Claims, Extension of Time or Recovery of Loss and Expense Claims. We will also on our Clients behalf negotiate and settle claims. We will also offer impartial advice, preferably in the early stages of the dispute in order to reduce costly expense and facilitate an amicable settlement.
