Is your project viable? Find out and set a realistic budget. We provide every level of estimate from a simple feasibility study to a detailed elemental cost plan. Simply send us your designs and sketches and we will estimate the cost of your project. 

 We are able to prepare project estimates for anything from small domestic works to large extension or new build projects. All work is backed up in detail, so you understand the breakdown to all the figures. We will agree beforehand a suitable format, so you have a professionally presented tender quotation or estimate to send to your client.

Have a design but require this incorporating into a package ready for tendering? Send us your information and we will produce a set of tender documents including Preliminaries, Schedule of Works, Form of Tender and Tender Invitation Letter but this can be adapted to suit individual Client requirements.  We prepare tender packages, identify a supply chain, tender proposed developments, analyse and produce tender reports to our Client and prepare contracts.     

 We will quantify your design in a Bill of Quantities or Schedule of Works to whatever detail you require. We can measure to Standard industry SMM7 or New Rules of Measurement or alternatively bespoke service or approximate quantities.  

 We are experienced in the use of JCT, NEC and bespoke Forms of Construction Contracts. Once on site we can remeasure trade packages, quantify materials and check measures in a professional format  We can oversee and manage the Commercial day to day delivery of the development including processing payment applications and producing regular Financial progress reports.   

Once a project start reaching a conclusion we can review and prepare final account submissions with full substantiation to be presented to and agreed with the Client on your behalf.
