We offer the Construction Management route of procurement as an alternative to traditional methods of procuring construction works. It offers a professional and timely method for construction delivery including the management of design, procurement and on-site construction to achieve the client and design teams vision for the project without using a main or management contractor.

This route provides clients and project teams with the ability to actively manage cost and risk to suit their specific requirements and to respond to the varying demands of the project throughout its duration. 

As a project manager we aim to keep the construction team moving forward throughout the project whatever the obstacles through the four main stages of a project :- 

• At the project inception stage, we identify the Client’s desired outcomes from the project. We also oversee project masterplans, planning consents, site acquisitions and funding requirements.
• We manage the project strategy and design development stage, enabling clients to make informed choices in balancing their objectives within the project’s constraints and risk. We examine all procurement options. Design proposals and programmes are analysed to the desired outcomes and budget, and translated into a project execution plan and detailed master programme.
• At the project control and delivery stage we ensure that the agreed solution will meet the Clients requirements. We check that the contractor’s method statements are viable and that our plans for risk management are sound. Robust team management and change control processes are communicated across the supply chain and maintained throughout construction. 
• In the final stages we oversee commissioning, agree completion, settle final accounts and ensure a smooth transition of the asset through to the Client.We adopt a flexible approach that has the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and keep a project on track whatever the circumstances. We aim to identify, quantify and manage risk at all stages of the project and attempt to avoid wherever possible. We will continuously benchmark Clients Project requirements throughout the course of the project andwe apply life cycle costing and management techniques to ensure the right decisions are made from the outset.  We are absolutely committed to developing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our Clients and Supply Chain.
